We are M. Fuad Marzuki, S.Pt. and Siti Rodliyah Hendri, S.Pt.. We graduated from Agriculture Department FPP UMM in 2004. Shortly after that, we married. Then we started Agribusiness of Dairy Cows. We were inspired of family tofu industry which resulted many unused tofu waste. By the integration of the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry UMM, we were easier and free to access knowledge and skill in the field of animal husbandry and other supportinng fields such as plant cultivation, food/feed processing technology, and agribusiness. The integration inspired us to build integrated farming system in our Agrocomplex. Now, we use the tofu waste as one of the dairy cow feedstuffs. It is quite cheap. Meanwhile, the cattle farming waste in the form of feces is processed into biogas and dung fertilizer. in addition, we use biogas as alternative fuel for tofu production. The dung is used for fertilizing soy bean crops and sugar cane. The soy bean harvest is used for tofu raw material, while the leaves of sugar cane top is used for dairy cows forage. Using integrated farming system, we are able to survive and develop in this era of tight global competition. Until now, we have had 600 dary cows with milk production of approximately 4 tons per day. Moreover, the tofu production is 2 tons per day.
