SOSIALIZATION OF GRADUATE BUILDS VILLAGE GUIDE ENTREPRENUERSHIP 2014 / SOSIALISASI SARJANA MEMBANGUN DESA WIRAUSAHAWAN PENDAMPING

(SMD WP) 2014

                 

 

Qualification

1.      Graduated higher education from animal husbandry or veterinary medicine

2.      Minimum qualification as D3

3.      Minimum 35 old year

4.      Do not have a permanent job (Civil servants, SOE, and Private)

5.      The SMD that not facilitated by government

 

Registration Procedure

All college graduate animal husbandry science or veterinary medicine that fulfills the criteria to apply with mechanism as bellow:

 

To submit applications stamped and attached with proposal that addressed to:

1) Director General animal husbandry and animal health farm ministry RI, addressed:
    a. Directorate of aquaculture animals
    b. Director General animal husbandry and animal health farm ministry
    c. Building c IX floor Jl. Harsono RM No. 3 Ragunan South Jakarta.
2) Head of livestock service or in charge the function of livestock in province


SMD candidate guide entrepreneurship 2014, must attach:

1)   Implementation proposal guidance advisor and empowerment of livestock farm group or cooperation that recommended by head of animal husbandry service / department that in charge the function of animal husbandry and animal health in the region / city where the candidate of SMD entrepreneur guide domiciled.

      Scope of the proposal includes:
              a.       Introduction
              b.      The program of work guidance, mentoring, and empowerment livestock farm group or cooperation
              c.       The target of result
              d.      Closing

2)   Copy of last diploma, curriculum vitae, employment history and organization activity that was followed
3)   The copy of identity card or domicile letter from headman
4)   Approval letter from the husband for woman SMD who got married.
